Bat Creek Brewery is a nanobrewery located in the heart of America in Bowling Green, Missouri. It was established in 2008 by Ryan Daffron, Heather Daffron, and Carl Daffron. This brewery started because of their passion for beer.

Their humble operation is run out of a machine shed and they currently brew a barrel or two at a time. They have a few fairly successful year round brews that they are extremely proud to offer as well as a few occasional special brews. They are continually experimenting with different recipes and styles so follow them to see what’s next!

All About Beer Magazine takes on the daunting question of “if beer was invented today, what would it taste like?”.
"If beer were starting at Year Zero today, just like Year Zero the first time around, it would not contain hops. But hops still grow in the wild today—both in the US and in Europe—so the question would be how long would it take for somebody to put hops in beer, and then for somebody to discover the value of boiling hops. We don’t know how the heck that happened first time around, so it would be a guess. But I suspect the understanding of isomerization through boiling would come quicker.”

Ten Fifty-Five Brew Works was founded in 2011 by a couple of Tucsonans, who shared a few core beliefs. They liked beer and really liked good beer. Their goal is to make beer for beer drinkers; adventurous beer drinkers that are just as likely to try something new as they are an old favorite. They are committed to the idea of the local nano-brewer; a small batch company using fresh ingredients and open minds to make some great tasting brew.
